30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item for a full refund or replacement. It's simple:

1. Email us at our support page with your order number and reason for return.
2. We approve your return within 24 hours and send you the return instructions.
3. Once we receive the item back, your refund is issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

2-Year Warranty

Every ClearPro Storage Box is covered by a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects — broken zippers, torn seams, cracked material. If your box fails under normal use, we will replace it for free. Just send us a photo and your order number.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will reship or refund immediately — we will even cover return shipping.

Refund Timing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take a few additional days to appear on your statement.
