30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item for a full refund or replacement.

1. Email or WhatsApp us with your order number.
2. We approve your return within 24 hours and send instructions.
3. Once we receive the item, your refund is issued within 5–7 business days.

2-Year Warranty

Every box is covered for 2 years against manufacturing defects — broken zippers, torn seams, cracked material. If your box fails under normal use, we replace it free.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Arrived damaged or wrong item? Contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will reship or refund immediately — we cover return shipping too.

Refund Timing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take a few additional days to appear on your statement.
